Our home, Moloa’a Kai is situated on a fabulous white sand beach in the middle of a secluded  crescent bay.  The bay is quiet and not frequented by tourists – you will truly feel like you have escaped to an island paradise!

This beautiful home was built with wood imported from the Philippines. It has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen and a living room with panoramic ocean views. The 2nd floor is not a living space and is for storage only.

There is excellent swimming, diving, snorkeling, and surfing only steps away. Hawaiian monk seals, whales and dolphins are frequently sighted from the balcony.  The towns of Princeville, Kilauea and Kapaa are all about a 10-15 minute drive away.

RATES:

$1,595 per week and (or) $265/night  with a 5 night minimum stay.

Prices will range depending on the season & occupancy rate. A cleaning fee of $185 and tax will be added to the rental rate.  A deposit of $250 per week of rental is required to secure the reservation and will be applied to the final rental price.
