RATES:
$135 – $195 / night with a 3 night minimum. Prices will range depending on the season & occupancy rate. A cleaning fee of $165 and tax will be added to the rental rate. A deposit of $250 per week of rental is required to secure the reservation and will be applied to the final rental price.
