Our home, Moloa’a Kai is situated on a fabulous white sand beach in the middle of a secluded crescent bay. The bay is quiet and not frequented by tourists – you will truly feel like you have escaped to an island paradise!
This beautiful home was built with wood imported from the Philippines. It has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen and a living room with panoramic ocean views.
There is excellent swimming, diving, snorkeling, and surfing only steps away. Hawaiian monk seals, whales and dolphins are frequently sighted from the balcony. The towns of Princeville, Kilauea and Kapaa are all about a 10-15 minute drive away.

RATES:
$1,850 per week and (or) $295/night with a 5 night minimum stay.
Prices will range depending on the season & occupancy rate. A cleaning fee of $225 and tax will be added to the rental rate. A deposit of $250 per week of rental is required to secure the reservation and will be applied to the final rental price. Please be advised that this property, as well as all other beachfront properties in Hawaii, is located in a tsunami flood zone.
