Anini Beach sits below the magnificent Cliffs of the northern coast of Kauai. A large coral reef protects this beach from rough waters all year long. This makes for ideal swimming and snorkeling conditions. The white sand extends from the beach down to the lagoon which gradually changes into rock and coral formations.
This upscale open beam home on beautiful Anini Beach has 2 full Master Suites, 2 spacious bedrooms with their own private bathroom and a family room which can serve as the 5th bedroom. It has 5 baths and can sleep up to 12.
It was constructed with hardwood and marble imported from the Philippines. The home has a large covered lanai that looks directly onto the beach.
It’s an excellent place to read and relax while enjoying the breathtaking view. Located on the main level is the living room, family room, a bathroom and a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is a fabulous ocean view from the beachside spa. The upper level consists of the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second TV, a wet bar and a marble bathroom with a double Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also an extensive collection of Hawaiiana books. An adjoining wing contains the additional master bedroom with private bath, wet bar, telephone, and TV. This room also has a high speed DSL connection.

$5,750/wk or $875/night + tax and out cleaning fee of $525
(For more than 8 people, there will be a surcharge of $125 per week/person)
A deposit of $500 per week of rental is required to secure the reservation and will be applied to the final rental price (weddings require a double deposit).
