Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.

Deposit

A deposit is taken at the time of your reservation to secure your dates.  The deposit amount will vary between each home and will depend on length of stay.  Your deposit is applied toward your balance due on the rental.

Rates

Our rates are based on the number of people who can sleep in the home. In some homes, we do provide futon mattresses which will help to accommodate slightly larger parties. We reserve the right to charge up to $50 extra per person per night of rental.

Cleaning Fees

The cleaning fees are based on the size of the home and how many people are occupying the home. The home is cleaned prior to your arrival and on the morning you check out of the home. If you would like any additional housekeeping while you are in the home, this is a separate charge and can be arranged directly with our housekeepers.

Cancellations

Prior to 120 days of your arrival date, you are entitled to a refund on any funds paid less a cancellation fee of $35. Cancellations within 120 days of your arrival date will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Weddings or Large Gatherings

We are happy to discuss and assist you in hosting a wedding, reception or any other large gathering at any of our homes. Double cleaning fees will apply.

Hot Tubs

The hot tubs are a wonderful amenity for you to enjoy on your vacation, however should the hot tub become inoperable for any reason, we cannot offer any compensation. Most of our homes are in fairly remote locations.  Diagnosing and procuring parts for the spa can sometimes take days or weeks.  We will, of course, do our best to get the hot tub functioning as quickly as possible during your stay.
